During the Individual Assessment, a semi-structured, in-depth and respectful interview is carried out. Also including case scenarios, this interview provides a precise description of the individual’s behavior in his professional context. Formalized in a report, this description establishes the development measures as well as the strengths of the candidate.
When the assessment is carried out within the framework of a selection, we take a clear position on the match between the skills required by the position and the candidate’s profile. Our recommendations allow our client to make an informed decision about hiring or promoting the candidate.
The development measures formulated in the recommendations offer the possibility of an optimal and personalized support during the integration phase.
